Having designed their existing shop in 1982, we were delighted to be invited by Tony and Sean to design their new superstore. The building is located on the opposite side of the Dublin Road from their existing shop, on the grounds of a former garden centre. This is approx. 1,700 sq. meters in area.
It comprises a large retail space with Trade counter, storage areas and a Lawnmower service workshop on the ground floor. Upstairs are located offices, canteen and other backroom facilities, while there is a garden centre to the side of the store.
The store is set back from Dublin Road with car parking to the front.
Completed in 2007.
