This popular chain of Pharmacy’s decided to open a store in Newbridge. The requirement for large retail space on the very narrow site posed a problem. It was decided to extend the ground floor retail onto the first floor. The shop was designed to encourage the public to use both floors by puncturing the centre of the shop with a light-well and glass staircase which also provides natural light to the ground floor dispensary.
