This five star hotel wanted to boost their bar trade into the public realm and provide an excellent spot for lunch. The existing bar was centrally located and could not be extended so it was decided to extend the adjoining restaurant into the old bar, and to relocate the new bar to a most prominent location adjacent to the hotel foyer.
A single storey bar extension was designed to appear as part of the existing hotel and provide a relaxing and spacious environment for lunches and evening drinks.
The Bedrooms are in a two storey block of 24 rooms with lifts and ancillary accommodation.
We are delighted to have been involved with the development of this hotel since 1974.
The bedrooms were completed in 2001 and the Club Bar in 2005.
