We undertook this feasibility study for St. Mary’s College, Naas, in 2015. The design is for a major extension including 21 classrooms and labs, offices and staff rooms, library, and dining and canteen facilities.
The brick clad walls are punctured with large opes, which are offset vertically on the façade. The entrances are sheltered by generously sized double height concrete porches, providing gathering places and a strong new identity for the school.
