This project involves the conversion of stables in order to increase the amount of residential places offered in the thriving Dunshane Camphill Community. Works to the stable will include the removal and reconstruction of the roof, internal remodelling, upgrading the building’s thermal performance, and the construction of a small extension which sits within the existing roof overhang.
The building will contain three bedrooms, an accessible shower room, communal sitting room and boot room. The external concrete block walls will be externally insulated and timber clad.
